Internal Frame Backpack, The bag fit well on my back. i am 5′6 and it carried the load evenly. There are a lot of straps and extras on the back that allow you to hook tents, pillow, even a lown chair up to the back. The bag performed well on a small camping trip with some decently tough hiking. I recommend this pack.

Great purchase, What a difference from water bottles to a Camelbak. And the Rogue is the perfect size and weight for the two to three hour rides that I go on. Two liters is plenty and it stays cold. I also stick my truck keys and my phone back there too. Its great to have my phone on me to take pictures every once in a while. Let me add, its very easy to clean.
