Cheap, Plain & simple – it works, I’ve been on a diet for 6 and a half months, with a total weight loss goal of 50 lbs. after loosing 20lbs (be dieting alone) i found myself at a stand still with my weight. I started taking alli 2 and a half months ago, and the result – with the help of alli i’ve lost an additional 25lbs!! Granted it’s not just a miracle pill that you take and loose weight – its a diet program. I watch what I eat, and allow one cheat meal a week so i don’t feel deprived. I still eat the foods i love, just in smaller quanities. ex – a handful on Chips instead of the whole bag! Anyway, my only regrets is I didn’t find Alli sooner! Oh, and I didnt experience any of the side effects except on a couple occations when I totally pigged out. As long as its a moderate amount of fat, you should be fine

Cheap, It really works, I have been taking alli for just a little over 5 weeks and I have lost a few ounces over 11 lbs. This is the second time I have taken it , the first time I lost over 65 lbs. that was when it was still prescription only. I slowly gained about 22 lbs. I slowly gained back 22 lbs. about three years after I stopped taking it. So I decided to order me the over the counter version. It is money well spent . I’d like to add If you do follow the lower calorie intake watch your fat grams it does work. IF you continue to eat till you are over full or you eat all kinds of fatty foods it will have ILL effects_ it is a REAL reminder to watch what you eat as far as smelly gas and nasty poops go… BUT that is why you are taking it. NO pill will do all the work for you and still allow you to eat to mantain your hefty wieght. I see the results and I would recommend alli to anyone who needs to loose a few pounds to many pounds. I know I feel better and my smaller clothes look nice on me. Thank you alli

Cheap, Good Stuff!, I just got my whey protein by ON, the delivery was really fast; I ordered Whey Protein on Sunday afternoon and I received package on Tuesday. I ordered Whey Protein the strawberry flavor, not bad at all, tastes pretty good especially when combined with milk. I have also tried the double rich chocolate from my cousin; taste is good as well. I guess what I am trying to say is that the taste is not horrible at all as many of the other people had stated. Since this is my first time trying this product, I really can not comment in the effects it has on building muscle. I really wish people had focused on that rather than the flavor, so if you recently bought this product and know its benefits, please tells us, but only if you have seen a change in your body. A month from now, if things work (i.e. I see results), I will be buying another tube and writing another review

Cheap, Helps me loose fat, I have been wanting one of these fat loss monitors for a couple of years. I looked around at other monitors that were cheaper, but they looked cheaply made and I thought they wouldn’t last nor be accurate. Cheap, Superb pedometer, I received Omron HIP Pedometer for a nutrition class at college and have really been impressed especially when comparing it to another brand my husband got at work. I love how it moniters moderate steps and keeps track for up to a week. I lost mine 2 days ago and am replacing it!, Superb Omron HIP Pedometer Effortless to use. Provides valuable information with ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in keeping track of steps. Love that the info is stored for seven days and that it automatically starts over at midnight. Too cool!!!!!!

Cheap, Best Ever, A friend of mine gave me an advertisement about a digital pedometer that she would like to have. As usual, instead of buying the article I did a search on the Internet for reviews of the product. It was evident from the reviews that the initial product did not have a very good set of customer reviews. Following that I went to a series of product reviews. The Omron was highly rated and I ordered it hoping that she wouldn’t mind that I changed the brand of her requested digital pedometer. After an initial learning period, She grew to love it. She uses it all the time and it very accurately helps your gauge the amount of activity at work and at play. The safety strap is invaluable. It has saved the pedometer from being lost several times. Not only that, but her friends think that is very attractive and many have commented on how good it looks. Women like that sort of thing.
She wears the pedometer wherever she goes: work, hiking, housework, and lunch with the family. She loves it. It has become a fixture for her.

Cheap, A great pedometer!, I purchased the Omron HJ-720ITC with Health Management software on July 3, 2009. It arrived on the July 6, after the holiday weekend. Wow what fast delivery. I have been using it every single day. I don’t worry about having to reset it. I had no problems with installing the software. I had no trouble programing in my strides. Nor do I have trouble wearing the product. Being that I’m female I have worn it concealed beneath a dressy outfit and still was able to keep an accurate count of steps. I use the software once a week to monitor my progress. I find the software to be user-friendly and it’s enlightening and encouraging to watch my progress. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Cheap, Just Right, Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor Had purchased an Omron pedometer previously & was happy with the brand, and so while researching different heart rate monitors I decided to go with the Omron brand again and I am NOT disappointed. I work out at a small training facility & this monitor works on all their equipment as well as using it at home or just while walking. Very easy to use, gives me same readings as some of the built in monitors on some of the equipment at my facility but also can use it on equipment that isn’t set up to monitor the heart rate (their rower, some of their bikes, etc). I use it weekly and have set zones to work toward and having my own monitor is just so easy to set weekly goals. Just one click and I can use it as a regular watch as well. As a woman, watch could be a click smaller but it does fit my small wrist without having to add any more holes. I love it.

Cheap, Buy This Product, I highly recomend buying the Iron Gym. It is easy to put together, and to put in your doorway. It took 5 minutes to have the Iron Gym in my doorway. If you use the Iron Gym a lot and get in a good workout every few days, you will see results. In about a month I used it every other day and saw my biceps get bigger, my abs getting a little tighter (because you use your abs to stabilize yourself), and my triceps were larger. If you do pull ups, I find it gives you best results, along with some dips here and there and some crunches. Great product, it came to my house fast, and I havn’t had one problem. It’s a great little tool if you know how to use it right!

Cheap, Great home workout, I have found Perfect Pushup to be quite useful. Although you can do fewer pushups than you can with standard hands-on-floor pushups, the Perfect Pushup allows you to get a deeper and ultimately more productive pushup. However, you won’t go down far enough to cause shoulder strain, as you might between 2 chairs or another makeshift set up that might not be as safe. My son and I have both used these every week for over a year and they (both pieces) are still like new; so, excellent durability. Try these every couple of weeks as a substitute for bench presses and you might find your bench press weight goes up.
