Cheap,Very happy with this purchase, I was looking for a simple portable phone to put on the desk in my den, without all the bells and whistles…reasonably priced…in a slim line design, not wanting it to take up too much room. Haven’t had it all that long, but it works just fine. No problems with it. I like the sleek look, better choice of color design. It sits in a silver base and is attractive as well as having good voice and range quality. The price was right. I would recommend this product, and I find I have good luck with Vtech products.

Cheap,Great addition to a good system., Already had the two-phone system: base with one extension. Great sound and far reaching signal. Battery life is very good. Small "footprint" doesn’t take up much desk space, but sturdy enough not to fall over. System itself has answering machine included, but not necessarily outfitted for voice mail…didn’t occur to me there would be no light to signify a message like my previous Panasonic phone did. Base unit does have a wall mount, which was hard to find in a cordless phone. All in all, very happy with system.

Cheap,Wonderful product, Well these phones are certainly a wonderful product. I read all of the negative reviews posted about this product before buying, and we have not experienced any of the problems written about in the one or two star reviews. The Amazon review sample of about 730 reviews was large enough to give an accurate view of customer response and with the four and five star ratings being approx. 85% of all reviews, I knew that this was a high quality product. These are the best cordless phones we have ever had. The audio is crystal clear, the buttons are large and well designed, the programming is easy and highly intuitive, and I love that the the phonebook storage of all three handsets can be loaded from any one of the three at any time. The call log is easy to edit and transferring data from the call log to the phonebook is a snap. We are delighted with this product and would highly recommend it as an excellent and affordable cordless phone system.

Cheap, Good product for everyday home use, I was searching for an economical schredder for home use and read many of the reviews on this particular model from Fellowes. I have had two Fellowes Commercial sized units in my workplace and found this name brand to be very reliable over the years.
I am not disappointed at all with this purchase. I used the tips given in some of the product reviews and so far it has worked very well. Just don’t try to overfeed or hurry the process. It is a winner!
