Halo 3 Best of the Halo series

Cheap Halo 3, Best of the Halo series, I was hesitant to buy Halo 3 because Halo 2 left me a bit disappointed (back in 2004), mainly because it wasn’t any better than Halo 1 (only the dual weapon wield and getting rid of the annoying health bar were improvements that stood out). But I now know that my fears were unfounded. Halo 3 is much improved in several ways. The biggest is simply the bump to HD. The environment and enemies look better than ever and it really helps immerse you into the gameplay (assuming you own an HDTV, and if you don’t, you are really missing out…HDTVs are worth the investment, the details really come to life). There are many weapons available as well (a few new ones also), which adds new dimesion to the ways of killing the opponents. The story is actually solid as well and doesn’t disappoint. The game really shines on the harder difficulty levels. Easy is not very fun because it is not challenging. Be sure you play the game again on Heroic to get a better experience. And it gets even better on Legendary, but only if you are patient, as death will be visiting you a lot. I am a harsh critic and this game did not disappoint me. Enjoy!

Works great and is easy to set up, Amazon got the best price for this Xbox360 wireless network adapter. I have a Motorola SB5101 Modem and Linksys WRT54GS router. Works perfect. Easy set up. Plug it in the back of your xbox via the Ethernet port and usb. Scan for your wireless network. Just make sure you know your wireless router password you made [WPA or WEP wireless encryption key} Enter it on the xbox 360 display and your connected! Just like that! I did not notice any difference in speed at all vs. using a network cable. Still playing COD 4 with no lag.

Cheap, Best Monkey Island game ever., Ok, I am an old time monkey Island game fan. I have played them all, and I think this is the best one yet. I like the cartoon like cinematic style, voice acting is great, and the puzzles are (mostly) fair. We all gather round and play as a family. Great puzzle solving fun for parents and kids together.

The user interface isn’t perfect. Dragging Guybrush around with the mouse can be a bit difficult(you can also use the arrow keys on the keyboard), and sometimes the camera angles can be a problem. Also the lip sync is terrible, which is a little distracting at first. You can subscribe to all 5 episodes at once and get a break on the single episode price(I did). At this writing, only the first 2 episodes are available, with new ones scheduled monthly.

The saga begins with a heated battle involving the brave but often bumbling Mighty Pirate Guybrush, his beloved wife Elaine, and their nemesis, the demon pirate LeChuck.  When the showdown goes up in flames, Guybrush finds himself marooned on a strange island with winds that always blow inward.  How will our hero manage to escape this meteorological anomaly?  What has become of LeChuck and Elaine?  And what’s the story with the infectious voodoo pox that’s spreading across the Caribbean, causing Guybrush and other pirates to act like unruly hooligans?  These are just some of the many questions posed in this first chapter of a rollicking and rip-roaring entertainment experience.

Several racing circuits each with four thematically different race tracks provide multiple challenges. Some themes include: Racing on a typical (but not elliptical) race tracks; racing through a gold mine (be careful not to fall off the tracks); racing down a snow covered mountain (watch out for the snowboarders); racing through the rural countryside (watch out for the milk cows that meander onto the dirt roadway); racing across the frozen tundra (watch out for the giant penguins); racing on a volcano (you guessed it, watch out for lava!); racing across the beach, through narrow city streets, along moonlit highways…. You even race through a shopping mall. The most challenging (for me) is the track called the rainbow road – in which you race along a spiraling rainbow in space without side rails. If you slide off the track, you become a meteor that blazes toward earth.

The objective is obvious – win races. A player competes among a field of twelve racers, all various characters driving different carts or motorcycles. During gameplay, each racer picks up various items to give him/herself an advantage or sabotage competitors. These items range from turtle shells to banana peels. The game allows up to four players to race at the same time. My daughter and I race each other (she usually wins) and the television screen is split – her perspective is on top, mine on the bottom half. I cannot imagine playing with four players and dividing the screen into quarters. The game is best for a single player and fine for two players. Players choose from an assortment of vehicles, which all have advantages and disadvantages. There is a description for each one with a graphic display of speed, acceleration, drift, handling, etc. Successful players will unlock new game levels, new carts and cycles, and new characters. You can even unlock your own mii, which is full-blown comedy to see yourself racing against Donkey Kong and Mario….

Cheap,Value for money, I am a grandmother and a skier and I love this game. My two little granddaughters could not get enough of it. I think that there are so many amusements and challenges, with ski school lessons, included that it keeps one’s interest. We use this with the balance board and it makes indoor exercise fun. This is one fun and versatile game!!!, I bought We SKi for our whole family which includes grown children, a 5 year old granddaughter and my husband and I and we have all had a ball with it. It has so many skiing options and wonderful graphics. The wii people are so funny withe their expressions and conversations. The ski resort is very realistic and there are so many options to entertain everyone. I would definitely recommend this game for all ages!

Wii Battery Kit – Colors May Vary

Great Product, I recently purchased 2 more of Wii rechargable battery kits having previously purchased one at a local retailer. Amazon was the only place that sold just a extra battery and not a recharger/battery combo kit. My order arrived quickly but sadly I have not had a chance to use my new battery kits for my 2 wii remotes because my wii is currently experiencing problems and is sent off for repairs at the moment. I definitely recommend this product and the Nyco battery charger to anyone out there sick of going through tons of throw away AA batteries! The Scruffs – Game Download

Cheap, Fun for All Ages, My six year old loves playing The Scruffs game. It’s a challenge for parents too. She shoos us off when it’s time for the mini-games that are scripted into the plot- there is a puzzle and one or two "Family Photos" per chapter of the game as she likes to do the mini-games on her own. It gets progressively harder and is actually uplifting to see someones home with way more clutter then I could stand- makes you feel a little better since you don’t have shrimp and ham sandwiches hidden in your bedposts and milkshakes on the endtable next to the bagpipes. Even if you start a new game- the list of items to find changes so it’s a little different each time. With two modes of play I can’t wait to try the timed version.
