If current shoe size is a half size please order up to the next full size. These are real children’s shoes not pretend play ones. Covered with super blingy red glitter. The shoes are awesome, however customer service from this company is not the greatest! Tried several time to contact the company to no avail. I ordered to wrong size originally and needed to exchange for a bigger size, but could not get a response on the return policy. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes because I needed them for my daughters b-day party and the date was quickly approaching (she was dressed as Dorothy). So I now have 2 pairs of these shoes, but it’s o.k. because my 2 year old now wears them everyday, too!!
I ordered a size 7 but they are smaller than any size 7 shoe I have bought before. They are not very wide, are hard and look extremely uncomfortable. Packaging was horrible. No inside packing and therefore the box was crushed. No return label and no answer on the customer service number (horrible customer service has been mentioned in another review). My advise – buy elsewhere!
I purchased the shoes for Halloween. My daughter can’t get enough of them and likes to wear them out. She gets compliments all the time and feels like a princess when she wears them. They were definitely worth the money. The heel is a little high but the shoes are very well made and are beautiful. I’ll keep them for her memory box because they are truly a special keepsake.
