I read all of the negative reviews posted about this product before buying, and we have not experienced any of the problems written about in the one or two star reviews. The Amazon review sample of about 730 reviews was large enough to give an accurate view of customer response and with the four and five star ratings being approx. 85% of all reviews, I knew that this was a high quality product. These are the best cordless phones we have ever had. The audio is crystal clear, the buttons are large and well designed, the programming is easy and highly intuitive, and I love that the the phonebook storage of all three handsets can be loaded from any one of the three at any time. The call log is easy to edit and transferring data from the call log to the phonebook is a snap. We are delighted with this product and would highly recommend it as an excellent and affordable cordless phone system.
