Designed for rooms up to 8 by 10 feet, this 55-CADR tabletop air purifier offers effective air cleaning with permanent filtration and little maintenance. The unit’s washable pre-filter captures large particles, while its permanent HEPA filter removes 99-percent of airborne particles such as dust, pollen, tobacco smoke, cat dander, and mold spores from the air that passes through the filter. To clean the permanent HEPA filter, simply vacuum it four times a year and replace it back into the unit. An electronic filter-clean indicator alerts to when the filter needs cleaning. The unit also provides an optional ionizer to help freshen the air. For use either horizontally or vertically, the tabletop air purifier measures approximately 10 by 6 by 11 inches and carries a three-year limited warranty.

Replace filter every six months. Filter life may vary depending on use and local water conditions. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Systems that are certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts. Individuals requiring water of certain microbiological purity should consult their physician.

Just what I needed!, The filter for the hoover vac arrived as indicated and probably saved me from purchasing a new vacuum since I could not find this particular filter anywhere else… When the time comes, I will definitely be back for a new filter since the product arrived promptly and in perfect condition — and probably rescued my vacuum!. Cheap, Great Price on PUR Filters!, These are the same great PUR filters I have been using for years, only better in two ways. They say the filtration process is improved, I can’t swear to that, but I can put in some bad tasting municipal water and come out with very nice water to drink and make coffee with. The second way I can swear to–the price. At my local Walgreen, Rite Aid or Ace I have to pay $15.00 per filter, at Amazon I get three for $20.00 with free two day Prime shipping! Not much else to say, is there?
